I have exported the video ready for the Web. I have changed the settings to high quality widescreen H.264. This will give me a small file size, good quality and widescreen because the footage was shot in that format. The audio is stereo at 192kbps 44.8 Khz. I could increase the bitrate of the audio to give me better quality sound but my file size would increase.
